Private Transfers from/to Bucharest airport
We offer private transfers and transport for individuals and groups between Bucharest airports (Otopeni - OTP - Henri Coanda Airport and Baneasa - BBU - Aurel Vlaicu airport) and any destination in Romania.
The transfer needs to be booked at least 12 hours in advance! The booking can be made by email (reservations@travelmaker.ro) or by telephone (+40 21 232 03 31, +40 735 525 710). All the bookings will be confirmed by email or telephone!
We do not require any advance payment or credit card guarantee at the time of booking, but we kindly ask you to inform us about any cancellation or change of travelling plans as soon as possible.
If you book a private transfer, a driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a poster with your name on it. We will wait for you even your flight is delayed. The car will leave immediately and you will pay either with cash or by credit card to the driver when you arrive at the hotel. We have the lowest prices for private transfers in Romania and you can check them in the below table.

Either if you prefer to book by email (reservations@travelmaker.ro) or by telephone (+40 21 232 03 31, +40 735 525 710) you will have to provide the following information at the time of booking:
For a transfer from the airport to hotel:
- arrival airport (OTP or BBU)
- airline & flight number
- date & time of arrival
- number of passengers
- full name and mobile telephone of the leading passenger
- destination hotel (or address)
For a transfer from the hotel (or other address) to the airport:
- hotel name (or address)
- pick-up time
- flight time & date
- flight number and airline
- number of passengers
- destination airport (OTP or BBU)
- full name and mobile telephone of the leading passenger
Remember that for all the reservations you will receive a confirmation from us! If you don't get the confirmation email or telephone, the transfer is not booked!
