Either if you prefer to book by email or by telephone you will have to provide the following information at the time of booking:

For a transfer from the airpot to hotel:

• arrival airport (OTP or BBU)
• airline & flight number
• date & time of arrival
• number of passengers
• full name and mobile telephone of the leading passenger
• destination hotel (or address)

For a transfer from the hotel (or other address) to the airport:

• hotel name (or address)
• pick-up time
• date & flight time
• flight number and airline
• number of passengers
• destination airport (OTP or BBU)
• full name and mobile telephone of the leading passenger

Remember that for all the reservations you will receive a confirmation from us! If you don't get the confirmation email or telephone, the transfer is not booked!
